I have some venison steaks that I wanted to do jerkey with. I have actually it covering in butcher paper and vacume sealed. It remained in the freezer due to the fact that December. Ns took that out around 1 week earlier and placed it in the refrigerator to thaw. My work-related schedule did not permit me to do it as soon as I want so it has been a mainly now. Is it no a good idea to go ahead and use it at this point?
