You are watching: 2006 chrysler 300 will not shift out of park
Upon my return from the end of town(left Thursday, ago Sunday), my 05 300 Touring refuses to transition out that park. Removed rubber cover, pressed pink(!) button, but it quiet refuses. Drove to present location fine. No leaks under car.Help!:banghead:marty
Common problem...search "pink thingy" or "park lock out" top top this forum.It"s no the pink bar that you can see that is leading to the problem, but rather one more one the you cannot see till you remove and also disassemble the shifter.

Finally!!!This repair has been done! Waited because that the ordered piece from BT, but it has actually not arrived together of yet.
